How do I track my order?

Go to your “Orders” page in Account, choose the order, and click “Track Order”.

Can I change my shipping address?

You may update your address from the “Settings” tab in your Account before placing a new order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paystack (cards & transfers) and OPay wallet payments will be integrated later.

Is cash on delivery accepetd?

No, we currently do not support cash on delivery. All payments must be made online.
